Late contract package
I have been working for my company for a year as a partimmer, but I have got a promotion to become a full-time worker. My company had been applying the new hourly rate, but it has been over two weeks without receiving the official contract and packages. I contacted HR and found out that they have been delaying my process because someone left the HR without finishing my paperwork.
I wanted to get the full benefit (especially health insurance) set up quick by signing contract as soon as I receive it, but it’s been delayed. Can I ask my company to compensate for the delay anyhow?
Thank you so much for your time!
