Startup exchange section closed, so I don't have any other place to ask, I hope my question will fit here.

I started a small company year ago and I was the only one in the market, but I refused to open all my services to customers because I want everything to be perfect first. "Short story" there is a competitor right now in the market, but he have low quality services and his prices so low, and he keep offering the same services like mine but with lower prices,

He only relay on one basic service that I don't have and he keep coping my services with lower prices to push me out.
I made the same service like my competitor but automated and I'm planning to make it for free, to push him out of the market.

My question is what strategy should I use?

  1. Offer this service for free to push him out of the market?

  2. Add this service to my services packages! and keep working more on marketing and the quality of my services?
