Gulielmus Davenant Eques (baptizatus 3 Martii 1606; mortuus 7 Aprilis 1668), etiam D'Avenant scriptum, fuit poeta et scriptor scaenicus Anglicus. Cum Thoma Killigrew, Davenant fuit persona rara in theatro Renascentiae Anglicae, cuius cursus vitae aevum Carolineanum et Refectionem comprehendit, atque ante et post Bellum Civile Anglicum et per Interregnum Anglicum laboravit.
