Postquam scholam reliquit, Tobă annis 1985 - 1989 apud Institutum Technicum Constructionum Bucarestense studebat. Ab anno 1990 vigilis publicus in Bucaresta operam dedit. Annis 1991 - 1994 apud Academiam Vigilum Bucarestensem iurisprudentiae studebat. Annis insequentibus cursum honorum inter vigiles suscepit et annis 2009 - 2010 et 2012 - 2015 praeses vigilum omnium Romaniae erat[1]. Interea fuit secretarius statalis in ministerio rerum internarum Romaniae. Annis 2008 - 2011 apud Universitatem Nationalem Defensionis Carol I studebat et doctor promotus est. Anno 2015 incusatus est, quod magnam partem eius operis doctorabilis aliis ex scriptis descripsisset[2].



Vita politica |


Die 17 Novembris 2015 Tobă novus minister rerum internarum in consilio ministrorum Daciani Cioloş nominatus est. Succesit Gabrieli Oprea, qui toto cum consilio ministrorum Victoris Pontae die 4 Novembris 2015 se a magistratu recesserat[3]. Die 1 Septembris 2016 se a magistratu recessit, quod vigiles clandestini pecuniae aversae accusati sunt[4]. Die 7 Septembris 2016 minister rerum internarum ei Dragos Tudorache successit[5].
