Amalricus IV de Monteforti (natus saeculo 12 exeunte; mortuus anno 1241) fuit filius natu maximus Simonis V de Monteforti, ductoris expeditionis sacrae in Albigenses, quem ex uxore Alicia de Montemorenciaco genuit. Amalricus patri (anno 1218 mortuo) succedit in terris Francicis et in laboribus expeditionis sacri. Rursus in expeditione sacra anno 1239 participavit. Uxorem duxit Beatricem, filiam Andreae Dalphini Viennensis et neptem Hugonis III Ducis Burgundiae. Ex ea genuit:
