if a person was on long term disability group benefits in canada and was paid out by the insurer six months prior before turning age 65; is that person still under the insurance contract (obligations) even though they received a letter saying that their file is now closed from the insurance company? can that person find another job without any obligation to the insurance company and not be liable for return of any monies back to the insurance company?
