I have this overachieving coworker and we have the same job functions. My production rate is good, always meet deadlines/goals, and my reviews are always excellent. He/she constantly messages me asking what I am doing at different times of the day or complaining that my rates are slow or my work not as good as his/hers. I have brought it up to another person at work to have another point of view who suggested it was innapropiate to be on my back all the time, critisizing or being pushy about my work. Would appreciate any suggestions as what to with my situation.
Thanks!
